We listened: 1/ we used a thicker padding: less or no uncomfortable under the arms, neck and shoulder blades. 2/ No scratchy Velcro's.
Pulls the shoulder blades back in such a way to reduce the pain and/or burning or keeping shoulders from slumping

Easy to adjust and take off/on.

Fitting instructions
Place the support between the scapula and guide both padded straps over the shoulders.
Ensure that the patient has a posture which is as upright as possible and pull the padded straps through the axilla to the rear.
Guide the strap tips through the guide loops and close the Velcro fasteners.
Pull the vertical strap restraints downwards and tighten the support.
Check the course and tension of the padded straps and re-tension them as necessary.
Removal: open all the straps, then remove the support.
